The Conrad Challenge is a global student innovation competition creating the next generation of world-changing entrepreneurs. Student innovators from around the globe compete in teams to solve real-world challenges across industries.

Brand & Technology Systems Development

In 2018, we identified a critical barrier to growth: a fully manual submission process that was outdated, resource-intensive, and limiting scalability. What began as a simple observation during a working session—highlighting inefficiencies and their associated costs—quickly evolved into a strategic opportunity. We recommended and led a full migration to the Award Force platform, streamlining operations and modernizing the submission experience. But the transformation didn’t stop there. In addition, the branding itself no longer reflected the program’s ambition or potential. In response, we delivered a comprehensive rebrand and a new website, launching them in tandem with the upgraded platform.

The result was a fully reimagined Conrad Challenge—operationally efficient, visually elevated, and built for scale. What began as program support evolved into a complete creative and technology transformation, significantly expanding the scope and impact of the engagement. Increasing student participation in the following years by over 25%.
